Stratospheric Efflux Therapy

Participatory performance piece performed over three days At Natural Queer Selection International Artists Residency in Brighton, UK.

In order to participate within this treatment, and thus experience the myriad of psychological health benefits Stratospheric Efflux Therapy (or SET) is shown to provide, you must consent to having your (clothed or unclothed) body engulfed in a latex envelope spanned by a frame and a vacuum which removes most of the air in the envelope. You will breath through a tube and will agree on a non-verbel signal with your sadotherapist prior to entering the envelope. Your sadotherapist will then engage you in a 2-step sonic and hydro detoxification procedure which will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated.
